Planned Research Projects

My targeted publication cycle makes me juggle a number of projects--kernels of ideas, rough drafts, semi-polished manuscripts--at the same time. Previously, I used this section of my site to lay out detailed proposals for my future writing endeavors. Recently, it's come to my attention that this is a completely idealistic act. I might as well be writing about how I'm going to breed a unicorn with a chupacabra and then detail a profitable business plan for my chupacabricorn offspring.

Since most all of my research attention is now focused on my exams and dissertation--both of which revolve around the rhetoric of Internet culture--there's a better than average chance that my future projects will involve media objects like Lobster Dog in some way.
